1. GENERAL ENQUIRIES

Where is your shop located? 

AnythingAudio.online is situated at 15 Shaw Road, #04-01, Singapore 367953. Kindly note that this serves as our sales and marketing office, and it does not facilitate product auditions or demos. To make a purchase, please visit our website, where you can place orders for direct shipment to your specified address. However, if you prefer self-collection or pickup, arrangements can be made at our location after confirmation and payment. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I place an order?

Click on the product you want > add to cart > proceed to checkout > fill in your email > select your delivery methods > select payment option and add billing address > Review & complete order

Can I place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately not, we require all orders to be placed via our website. This is for your security and to minimise transcription errors. 

How do I change my delivery address?

Please reply to the order confirmation email or submit a ticket at our contact us page. For orders that have already been shipped any change of address or re-delivery will be at the buyer's expense.  on all orders that have yet to be shipped. If more than 5 hours have passed, chances are good that our warehouse staff will have already processed and packed your order and hence an administration fee of $10 will be levied.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are inclusive of GST and priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

 

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer a number of payment methods:

  1. All Credit and Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard and American Express

  2. PayNow - service offered by participating local (SG) banks (please contact us)

  3. Bank Transfer - direct to our bank account, for bulk and corporate orders (please contact us)

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes we do! Our payment providers accepts almost all kinds of credit and debit cards in 100+ currencies.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Every credit card transaction takes place within a secure environment. Your credit card information is never stored after your order is complete; instead, it's directly submitted to our payment processor. Rest assured, with each purchase, your credit card or bank account information remains fully secured.

My internet was disconnected while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?

After completing a successful transaction, you'll receive a confirmation email containing an order number within one hour of purchase. If you haven't received this email confirmation, please consider placing the order again. Rest assured, any duplicate orders will promptly be refunded.

3. DELIVERY OPTIONS

At AnythingAudio.online, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. Please refer to our delivery options page for more details.

Will I have to sign for my package?

Yes, most packages would require a signature when we ship your package. 

What if I am not home when my package arrives?

It will be deposited in your mailbox, or if it's too large, you will receive either a notice slip indicating that you can collect it at the nearest post office or a call/email for re-delivery arrangements. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time.

How do I change my address or cancel my order?

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please WhatsApp us 93249321 and we’ll try to modify your order. 

If you wish to cancel your order after payment with a Credit/Debit Card, a deduction between 4-5% will be applied. This deduction accounts for the payment fee from payment collection companies like PayPal, Stripe, which is non-refundable to us.

My items have yet to arrive. What should I do?

Depending on the delivery service you have chosen, you should receive your item within 2-3 working days or 7-9 working days depending if we have the item at our warehouse. In the event like this, send us an email with the shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

 

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What are your return and exchange policies?

At AnythingAudio.online, we are not happy unless you are. We always try our best to accomodate all valid and qualified returns and exchanges.

Returns Process

All of our products purchased from AnythingAudio.online is covered under local limited warranty. Please file a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) by logging into your account. You will need to produce a receipt as proof of purchase which can also be printed by logging into your account.

If the item is still within the warranty period, we will email you to arrange an appointment with the service centre for the item to be assessed and they will make an independent assessment if your item qualifies for a replacement. 

Exchange Process

Can I change my order after I have made payment?

If your order has not been processed and shipped, we may still be able to assist you to exchange to an item of equal or greater value. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, phone and email so that we can assist you.

Can I change my order after I have received it? 

If the unit is faulty and still within the warranty period, you can return it to us for assessment. Our technicians will conduct an independent evaluation, and depending on their findings, either repairs will be carried out or a replacement will be provided to you.

Please ensure that the item is properly packed, including its original packaging, accessories, and manuals, as all returned items will undergo inspection.

If the unit cannot be repaired or replaced due to being out of stock, you'll have the following options:

(i) exchange to a similar product; or
(i) exchange to another product of equal or lesser value

Please note that items marked as "sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for exchange but remain covered under warranty unless stated otherwise.

Under what other conditions, will I not be entitled to a return or exchange?

Customers will not be entitled to a return or exchange if:

(i) the item was damaged by the customer;

(ii) the customer misused the item, resulting in a fault;

(iii) the item was damaged while attempting self-modification or repair, whether by the customer or a third party;

(iv) the customer was aware of the fault prior to purchasing the item;

(v) the customer simply changed their mind and no longer wishes to keep the item.

All items will undergo inspection upon return, so please ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. While we make every effort to accept returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsatisfactory condition, we may need to return it to you.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY

What are your warranty policies?

AnythingAudio.online (“AA”) is an authorised reseller, and we exclusively offer genuine products; we do not sell any parallel-imported items. When you purchase products from “AA,” you are entitled to either local warranty (Singapore) or international warranty (Global), depending on the product. The duration and coverage of the warranty vary by brand and are subject to change by the brand owner. For detailed information, please refer to the brand or product information page.

Each brand's designated local service center reserves the right to repair, replace, or exchange defective products within a specified period following the date of your initial purchase. It is essential to keep a copy of your receipt for the duration of the warranty. In the rare event that an exchange or replacement is necessary, please contact us to obtain a copy of your “AA” receipt before visiting the respective service centers.
