Please note that only specific products are available for audition or demo at our sales and marketing office. For information on availability, contact us, as appointments for audition or demo are strictly by appointment only. We make every effort to accommodate specific product requests.
Do you price match with other stores?
Absolutely, we do! Just ensure they are an authorised dealer/reseller. Feel free to send us an email with the link to their lower price, and we'll be happy to double-check the source and match it for you. Who knows, maybe we can beat it too!
Can I place a special order for an item not currently in stock?
Certainly! Our selection is continually expanding alongside our growing range of brands and products. Given the extensive offerings from each brand, it's not always possible to stock every item. If you have a specific request, just let us know! We can usually arrange a special order for you, provided the item is still available from the manufacturer
Can I cancel an order that hasn't shipped?
If you've placed an order, including preorders/backorders, and wish to cancel it, please contact us at hello@anythingaudio.online. Please note that depending on the payment method used, a deduction between 4-5% will be applied. This deduction accounts for the payment fee from payment collection companies like PayPal, Stripe, which is non-refundable to us.
What if my product isn't working?
If your product is still under warranty, we'll assist you in resolving the issue with the manufacturer/authorised reseller. Even if it's years later and beyond the warranty period, we'll make every effort to troubleshoot and identify a solution. Many times, there's a low or no-cost resolution available.
What if there's a question or topic that your team may not be familiar with?
Certainly, and if that happens, we'll direct you to the right resources. Our in-house team is highly knowledgeable about the professional/Consumer audio world and much of the technology. However, we're not afraid to admit when there's something we don't know off the top of our heads. Rest assured, we'll assist you in any way we can, and if needed, guide you to reliable sources for further information.
