For products without batteries:
Within 7 days from delivery for orders within Singapore (SG).
Up to 30 days from delivery for orders outside Singapore.
For products with batteries:

Up to 14 days from delivery for orders outside Singapore.

This return window applies to new orders that need to be returned due to issues such as wrong item received or Dead on Arrival (DOA). Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

All items must not have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery.

Any product found to be defective out of the box will be promptly replaced free of charge:
