    • Singapore: Free delivery for orders of S$100 or more.

    • International Shipping: Please email us your detailed delivery address and the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will provide a quotation including the shipping rate. Local duties and taxes may apply and are subject to local import regulations and restrictions.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Local Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days or 7-9 business days, depending on item availability at our warehouse.

    • Local Express Shipping: 1-2 business days with an additional handling fee. Contact us for more information.

    • International Shipping: Estimated delivery dates will be provided with the quotation.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. We will not be responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect delivery details.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally, except to countries on the sanctioned list by Singapore Customs.

  • Singapore: All product prices listed include GST.

  • International: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
